Terms and Conditions

Qualified Purchasers can receive Promotion Savings when purchasing an eligible Mac with a pair of AirPods, or an eligible iPad with an Apple Pencil. Qualified Purchasers have the option to upgrade select Promotion Products at an Additional Upgrade Cost. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein and capitalised terms are as defined below:

Eligible Product and Promotion Product (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualifying Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualifying Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Product and Promotion Product from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and ship after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive Promotion Savings.

THE OFFER:

Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product within a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive a Promotion Savings on the combined purchase as outlined below. Promotion Savings are applied to the transaction instantly at the time of purchase. The Promotion Product is not a “gift.” This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

การศึกษาระดับชั้นอนุบาลถึงมัธยมศึกษา - ครูและเจ้าหน้าที่ทางการศึกษาในสถาบันการศึกษาของรัฐ หรือเอกชนในประเทศไทยตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นอนุบาลถึงมัธยมศึกษา เป็นผู้มีสิทธิซื้อสินค้า นอกจากนี้ คณะกรรมการของโรงเรียนซึ่งปัจจุบันถูกเลือกหรือมอบหมายให้ดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นกรรมการ รวมทั้งผู้บริหารของสมาคมครูและผู้ปกครองซึ่งปัจจุบันถูกเลือกหรือมอบหมายให้ดำรงตำแหน่งดังกล่าว เป็นผู้มีสิทธิซื้อสินค้าเช่นกัน

ผู้ปกครองของนักศึกษาตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป (หรือเทียบเท่า) - ผู้ปกครอง ของนักศึกษา (ในนามของบุตร) ซึ่งกำลังศึกษา หรือตอบรับการศึกษาจากสถาบันการศึกษาของรัฐ หรือเอกชนในประเทศไทยตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป (หรือเทียบเท่า) เป็นผู้มีสิทธิซื้อสินค้าในนามของนักศึกษา

การตรวจสอบยืนยันคุณสมบัติที่เข้าเกณฑ์การซื้อ:

VALIDATION OF PURCHASE QUALIFICATIONS:

When a Qualified Purchaser purchases an Eligible Product at an Apple Store, our retail employees may ask the customer to show them (1) a copy of the relevant Student/Faculty/Staff ID or an official letter of student admission issued by a higher education institute in the Qualifying Country (collectively the “Qualification Proof”); and (2) the relevant government-issued photo identification card or passport for non-residents (“ID Document”). Our retail employees at the Apple Store will conduct a visual check of the Qualification Proof and ID Document in order to verify that the information matches and the customer is a Qualified Purchaser entitled to the Promotion Savings. No copy is taken by Apple of the Qualification Proof or the ID Document.

The customer can choose not to provide their Qualification Proof or ID Document, but this may result in Apple not being able to provide the Promotion Savings to the customer. In such a case, the customer can choose to continue to purchase the relevant product without the Promotion Savings at the Apple Store, or make a purchase via the Apple Online Store, where a different verification process independently operated by a third party in accordance with their privacy policy and terms is available.

Should a parent of a student at a Higher Education institute purchase any Eligible Products and seek to utilise the Promotion Savings, the recipient and end user of that Eligible Product must be their child, who is a student currently attending or accepted into a Higher Education institute in the Qualifying Country. The parent must present the relevant Qualification Proof and ID Document of the student to the Apple Store employee, and the student's information must match. Otherwise, Apple may refuse to provide the Promotion Savings.

When a Qualified Purchaser chooses to purchase an Eligible Product by calling 001-800-65-6957, Apple may ask the customer by separate email to provide a copy of the relevant Qualification Proof to ensure they are entitled to the Promotion Savings. The copy will only be used for the purpose of order validation and will be deleted once it’s no longer necessary to retain it. Shipment of the products may be delayed if Apple does not receive the Qualification Proof in time or if Apple needs additional time to verify that the customer is eligible for the Promotion Savings. The customer does not have to provide the Qualification Proof, but this may result in the cancellation of the order. In that case, the customer can choose to make the purchase using the different validation process offered at our Apple Store or via the Apple Online Store.

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. If an Eligible Product is returned, or is exchanged for an ineligible product, the Promotion Product must also be returned in good condition or the Promotion Savings will be deducted from the amount of the return or exchange, as applicable, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Qualified Purchaser. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will be responsible for payment of the difference. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will not receive credit for the difference. Eligible Products or Promotion Products purchased at an Apple Store location in Qualified Region must be returned or exchanged at the same Apple Store location, subject to such store’s policies and procedures.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS:

This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same promotional period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Apple reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions of this promotion or modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.
