'Firms need to adapt the newest technologies'

Tech boss Johnny Boufarhat says the pandemic has shown companies that they need to keep up with the latest technology.

Mr Boufarhat is the founder and chief executive of Hopin, which is an online platform that allows firms to hold online conferences.
