A fitness group started by a 69-year-old man is still going strong 50 years later.

Tommy Norton, from Barnard Castle, County Durham, started the group when he was 19.

The circuit has not changed during that time, and many of the original members still attend.

Tommy said he is often asked when he will stop, but has no plans to.
