When Scotland play at the Euros in Germany this summer, some German fans may be joining in with the Tartan Army for one of their favourite songs.

Fans of FC Köln in Cologne sing a song to the tune of Runrig’s Loch Lomond before each match.

At the Euros, Scotland will play Germany in the opening game of the tournament, while Steve Clarke’s side take on Switzerland in their second match at the home of FC Köln in Cologne.

Football commentator Derek Rae explains why the German fans adopted the Scottish tune.
