Trudeau: We are not looking to 'provoke' India

After India denied Canada's allegation of its role in a Sikh separatist leader's death as "absurd", Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau stood by his government's allegation. He urged India to "take this matter with the utmost seriousness."
