This is called the right to rectification. It gives you the right to ask us to correct anything that you think is wrong with the personal information we have on file about you.
If you have a BBC account
- You can update your personal details and personalisation settings
- And you can change or set child permissions too
What about other information?
If you think we have other personal information that needs changed, contact us for help. You'll need to give us details of what needs updating and why you believe it's not right. There might be some occasions where we can't fulfil a request.
