All our GP Fellowships come with: Competitive salary; Enhanced and fully protected unique opportunity to have up to 2 CPD sessions paid for; funding to develop your area of expertise; local and national mentor support; as well as a chance to progress within our Clinical leadership group and make an impact on c 100000 patients. Why Pier?

Along with our GP family, we’re growing our clinical and non-clinical teams to wrap additional support around our GP practices. With mental health nurses/assistants, dietetics, social prescribing, MSK, frailty liaison and enhanced Care Home support, on-site pharmacy; paramedic homebound support, first contact physiotherapy and some brilliant community partners across our patch, we’re excited to see that by reducing red tape and working in a truly multi-disciplinary way, we’re reducing GP workload while improving outcomes for our patients.

You can see just some of the highlights we’re particularly proud of in our annual report 20/21, check out our website www.pierhealth.co.uk and search ‘annual report’.

We believe strongly that diversity of background, thought and experience across Pier Health leads to better outcomes for our patients and more positive employee experiences and we are actively working towards this.

If you don’t meet the criteria for our GP Fellowships and you’re interested in a Pier career across our PCN, we’d love to chat with you about our other opportunities, contact Jordan to arrange a conversation.

We know as a top talent, where you work is a big deal for you, it is for us too!

Why not try having quick, informal chats with one of our Fellowship leads to discuss what it really is like being at Pier Health?
