Nel corso dell’evento “7volte100”, che si è tenuto a Roma alla presenza di istituzioni e partner, abbiamo ripercorso insieme a Giorgia Favaro 38 anni di storia e di impegno di McDonald’s verso il territorio: dal supporto al contrasto alla violenza di genere e alla povertà alimentare, al sostegno alle filiere italiane e in particolare quelle in difficoltà con il nuovo accordo con il Consorzio della Pera dell’Emilia Romagna IGP, alle iniziative locali messe in campo dai nostri oltre 150 licenziatari, ambasciatori del brand nelle comunità locali in cui siamo presenti. Did you know we harvest and make our own tea at McDonald’s Chicago Headquarters? ☕ We recently tagged along with our local partner THE ROOF CROP INDUSTRIES / FARM / FOUNDATION as they harvested, cleaned and dried flowers and herbs to make an herbal tea that we’ll serve in our employees-only McCafé! The living roof (and its delicious tea) is not only a cool perk for employees, but the garden supports local wildlife and better insulates our building. 🍃
