We're currently seeking a motivated individual to join our event marketing firm as a Community Relations Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for fostering positive relationships with local communities, promoting our events, and contributing to meaningful initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and other stakeholders to promote our events and initiatives
Plan and execute outreach campaigns to raise awareness about our company and upcoming events
Attend community events, fairs, and meetings to network and promote our services
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create promotional materials and strategies tailored to specific communities
Assist in organizing and hosting community events, workshops, and informational sessions
Collect feedback and insights from community members to inform future outreach efforts and event planning
Monitor and track outreach efforts, including attendance and engagement metrics
Represent our company professionally and positively in all interactions with community members and partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience in community outreach, event planning, or related fields is a plus but not required
Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact
