Indeed, the European Parliament’s administration provides technical and expert assistance to the 705 democratically elected Members of Parliament, supporting the work of the only directly elected EU institution. Ideas become actions, and actions contribute to shape the future of Europe.

The European Parliament has three main places of work, Luxembourg, Brussels, and Strasbourg; and is also present via its liaison offices in all 27 Member States and beyond. A great way to experience work at the European Parliament’s administration is to undertake a five month Schuman Traineeship. Twice a year, over 400 young professionals with a higher education degree join the European Parliament to contribute to the life of the house in many different areas of expertise.
