I've begrudgingly used this app for about a decade. It is garbage for such a large company. Notifications are rarely up-to-date. Many "features" simply don't work. For example, clicking "Events" does nothing. No message, no loading icon. Just nothing. Many hours have been lost composing posts only to have them disappear when publishing errors out in one way or another. Garbage.

its really nice to be able to post to both Facebook and Instagram at the same time, and I love being able to schedule posts, however, most of the time any scheduled reels fail to post to instagram, and I dont receive a notification about it so I don't notice until a day later. I also wish we had Threads integration, but I understand that Threads is still in development and fairly new. Overall, it does make it easier to keep consistent but could definitely be better.

Excellent for keeping up with comments on older posts. The "caring" icon isn't working and it shows up as a blank face, so instead I end up using the "love" icon, which isn't always the correct reply. Other than this problem, it's a big time saver for this ONE thing. I NEVER use it to post. Anyone else having an issue with the "caring" icon in comment section??? Please fix soon. Thank you!
