Radha is in Dublin to visit the location of a unique village for the deaf, which is aiming to become the heart of the deaf community in Ireland. Radha talks to Liam O'Dwyer, CEO of the Catholic Institute for Deaf People who are the driving force behind the project, as well as Paul Ryder who is working as a deaf builder on site.
