Martin Lewis urges you to act now to claim on possible car finance misselling
The regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), has launched a major investigation into hidden, unfair car finance commission.
Martin told Gethin Jones: “In my view, it is better than even chances that in September, it will be launching a big payback system for anyone who had a discretionary commission arrangement on their car finance.”
“If you think you bought a car on PCP or HP between April 2007 and the 28th of January 2021, this could apply to you.”
“There may be a time bar”, so Martin urges people “to get a complaint in as soon as possible”.
