Nicolas Cage looks handsome in powder blue suit at premiere of his film Arcadian which leads star-studded festivities at SXSW Festival

Nicolas Cage was one of the many A-list stars at the 2024 South by Southwest Conference and Festival in Austin, Texas on Monday.

The 60-year-old actor posed on the red carpet in a sharp, powder blue suit ahead of the premiere of his film Arcadian at The Paramount Theatre.

He was seen running across the street after greeting his fans waiting for him outside of the theatre.

The Dream Scenario star — who attended the Oscars the day before and walked the red carpet with his wife Riko Shibata — looked handsome in his stylish suit paired with a white button-down with the top two buttons undone and shiny leather dress shoes.

He was later seen greeting Susan Sarandon, 77, after running into Thelma & Louise star inside of the theatre. 

The pair were spotted catching up during a quick chat before the nine-time Golden Globe winner took portraits with her team from her recent film The Gutter. 

In the snaps, she looked effortlessly stylish in a checkered sweater layered with a black, leather jacket and paired with straight-leg pants. 

She also posed for photos with her co-stars from comedy film, which will receive its SXSW debut the following day on Tuesday. 

In one photograph, Sarandon held onto her co-star Paul Reiser, 67, who looked effortlessly stylish in an all-black outfit teamed with a gray jacket and matching sneakers.

At one point, he leaned back as she gave him a friendly hug with one hand on his shoulder and another on his arm. 

Later, the dynamic duo joined their co-stars D'Arcy Carden, 44, and Shameik Moore, 28.

The four castmates also posed for a photo where Sarandon and Resier were seen sitting in chairs while Carden and Moore smiled while standing behind them. 

They took a similar photo with Yassir Lester and Isaiah Lester, the co-directors of the movie. 

Another notable star spotted at the SXSW was Jesse Eisenberg, 40, at the premiere of Sasquatch Sunset.

The Social Network star put on a casual display at the event wearing a black hoodie, medium-wash jeans and dark gray sneakers.

Over his curly hair, he sported a red baseball hat with the Indiana University logo. 

Walton Coggins, 52, was seen sharing sweet smooches with his wife Nadia Conners on the red carpet. 

At the Uninvited premiere held at the Stateside Theatre, the couple packed on the PDA and were seen tenderly kissing each other's cheeks.

The Righteous Gemstones actor donned an all-white outfit featuring a button-down and stylish trousers, which he paired with black loafers. 

Conners, the founder of Tree Media Group, wore a low-cut, colorful dress and sported a bold red lip, which left a mark on Coggins' cheek. 

He proudly showed off the evidence of her sweet smooch in one photo as she gazed at him lovingly. 

Sadie Soverall, 22, was also spotted at the premiere of her film Arcadian. 

The Saltburn star looked edgy-chic in a black, lace bodysuit and cropped blazer. 

She teamed the sheer top and jacket with a pair of bootcut jeans and black, leather booties. 

She carried a structured handbag with gold hardware as she posed on the red carpet.

Jaeden Martell, 21, looked effortlessly stylish in a gray, linen button-down and black, wide-leg trousers. 

The It actor, who also stars opposite Cage and Martell in Arcadian, looked sharp in a pair of shiny leather loafers for his red carpet walk. 

Tommy Chong, 85, and Cheech Marin, 77, also attended the festival as they took portraits together and celebrated their new documentary titled Cheech & Chong's Last Movie. 

Chong wore both a marijuana-themed graphic T-shirt and varsity jacket with their names emblazoned across the front. 

He donned black track pants and blue sneakers as he posed alongside his longtime pal. 

Marin looked cozy and comfortable in a graphic T-shirt and knitted cardigan. The comedian also sported a pair of dark-wash jeans and brown sneakers to match his sweater.

The dynamic duo also posed for individual portraits, and in one photo, Marin waved his arms around in a playful manner.

Cheech and Chong also posed for photos with Roberto Clemente Jr. and Luis Clemente, the sons of the late Puerto Rican baseball right fielder Roberto Clemente. 

The duo also posed for snaps alongside director David Bushell and Chong's daughter Robbi.

SXSW celebrates the convergence of tech, film, music, education, and culture and runs from March 8 to March 16.
