Hello. I have been using 4K Video Downloader for at least 5 years, and it's wonderful--very intuitive, easy learning curve, with very little "training" necessary. I finally bought the Pro version, since I loved it so much. And when I needed help with a setting on my computer, a real human wrote back to me immediately.

I will be short and to the point, I bought a lifetime license about 2 years ago and now I can only activate the product I bought! This despite the fact that it says on the website that it is lifetime.

I am using the program well, but there is one thing I find disappointing.

When multiple sub-channels are created under a YouTube account, it seems that private videos on the sub-channels cannot be downloaded. If I am mistaken, I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution. If my understanding is correct, I would like to request that you consider improving this issue.

Made the mistake of reading your terms of use. If you want to retain some level personal privacy I would not recommend using this product.

I am a paid user, but I have tried various methods but cannot download subtitles from YouTube videos. This has been bothering me for a whole day. Every time I download a video and open it, there are no subtitles. What should I do?

4K is far and away the best video downloading app I have ever used in my 20 years working as an interviewer. This includes many of the leading pay-for App's. I use 4k as my go-to app when things start to go wrong in the home. Regular updates are readily available as they come to hand, and their friendly , helpful staff are always willing to lend a hand.

Great program, I use it often. Unfortunately it seems like every other update it has issues taking Niconico links. This is especially annoying to me because I bought it primarily for downloading NND videos to begin with. It's fantastic in every other regard though

4K stogram is processing on Task Manager,but UI can't open.

I need to transcribe the audio for some YouTube videos, which is much easier to do on my computer in my chosen video viewer than in my browser. 4K Video Downloader Plus downloaded the videos very fast, and also downloaded the subtitles files. Everything works well together and looks great.

I had a problem going from version 1.4 to 1.6. 1.6 would not install at all. I took off all the files and registry entries for the previous version and still the new one would not install. So I reached out to tech support and over many back and forth emails they gave me a link to the complete 1.6 version, not the online install version that you download from the web site. It worked!
I am glad they still worked with me to try to resolve this.

When it comes to downloading Youtube videos, 4K Downloader is great. whether you want to dowload a single video, a full playlist or an entire channel, 4K Downloader handles it all with ease, it's so simple. There's a menu a long the top where you can choose where you want the videos download to. Set the Save to folder and paste your link, the software does the rest. There are 3 versions to choose from, Lite, Personal or Pro. If you need help you can contact the support team. The communications are excellent with fast responses. This is a great value product.

The program is not working and I get repeated replys from your tech person that I cannot understand. I am simply asking for step by step instructions about how to down load but she replies in what, to me, is a different language. Hence I AM UNABLE TO USE THE 4K DOWNLOAD APP!!!!!
