i have tried so many site and apps to download youtube and online videos but, 4k download is the best thing i came through. It is Multifunctional including quality, format, even subtitles are also there and easy to use software. Currently i'm using free version and it already have everything i need. Now I won't switch to anything else. 4k download is the best

I'm a old school DJ, 4K downloader allows me to get the music and videos I want. I have an extensive music catalog and I'm missing some titles that are no longer available anywhere except on YouTube. And there's no copyright infringement! This app is invaluable to me and extremely useful. I've used many apps of this type and none of them are still around. 4K saves the Day😂

Been using 4K Video Downloader since 2015 on both Mac and Windows. In 2023 bought 4K Video Downloader+ license. The app is worth it's every penny. Very functional and constantly developing. Support reacts instantly and very helpfully. Always recommend it to all my friends.

I excitedly downloaded the 4K Slidemaker for some personal and professional special projects. Its ease of use is wonderfully impressive and very encouraging. The problem is the finished product. The finished slideshow included the pictures selected, however many of the picture got truncated. In many cases this meant that the most important part of the picture does not show in the final slideshow product produced with the 4K Slidemaker.
Fortunately I tested with a personal set of photos and not one of the client facing projects. I've experimented with different settings and look through the tutorial. I'll reach out to support and see if there is a resolution. It would be great to find a resolution and upgrade this review!

After using their software, my Instagram account got suspended for "suspicious activity"! We then input my girlfriend's account instead, and it got suspended after two days, too!!!

It used to be good but since last update I could not start it at all. A big disappointment since I use this app very much. My initial review was rather negative. But after that review, tried several times to download and install again. At the last try, it somehow "repaired itself" so is working fine again. So honestly have to say that the app repaired itself and that is an effort I appreciate.

I have been using 4K Video Downloader for the past few years and it gives me a convenient way of archiving videos that I considered important after the first viewing.
It is efficient, stable and easy to use.
Once in a blue moon, I may hit problem with the source video parsing issue and thanks to 4k support team, especially Liza and Damien. They responded swiftly and professionally solve the issue despite it may be wee hours in theirs due to our different time zone.
Appreciate their responsive and great technical support.

4kdownloader+ is so great!
i've been able to download every hidden gem video i've wanted out of worry they'd be taken down (regretted not being able to in the past!), i've used other downloaders in the past and this is the only one i've used that's been able to download playlists in an easy way, and at HD quality too!

Does exactly what it claims to do - very easy interface and when I was confused about my license (thinking I bought the wrong one) Liza responded to me almost immediately with screenshots which helped me sort my issue. Highly recommend.

I've used 4K downloader products for years and never had a problem. I travel a lot and download physics and math videos to view on my tablet on planes.
Just recently my old computer packed it in and when I went to install the 4K products on my new computer I realized I didn't have my keys. I emailed support and within minutes they resent them to my email.
Great product and great support.

This is really the perfect video downloader.
It's the simplest and most necessary function I've ever used.

The only regrettable thing is that only the designated sound source is fixed and downloaded because it is impossible to change the sound source.

Had the old free version for 6 years & it worked great. One day it stopped parsing URLs. Uninstalled & installed new free version (Downloader+). Either it won't parse URLs at all or it takes at least 20 minutes.

4K Downloader has always been my go-to downloader for any videos. It works with many different sites and if it doesn't, there is an easy contact form for them to help get it added. The interface is very easy to use, I can add and import subscriptions, and lots of options for downloading playlists, music, and everything else you might want!

Would give it 5 star but apparently to watch age restricted content videos you have to authenticate your account, which you have to pay a subscription for... Already paying for YouTube membership and now another one on top when I could use any other 3rd party site is a buzzkill.

downloaded this app to transfer music for an MP3 player for granddaughter. love it. super easy to use and with a license makes transferring to computer and MP3 player so simple.
better yet - is the fabulous, responsive customer service!

4K Video Downloader has been my source for downloading video's for quite some years, It was always ideal for me to download video's in 60 fps knowing I also edit video's and such. I want these video's to have the highest quality possible, and thanks to this software, I am able to do that.

Recently, I stumbled upon an issue where the application wasn't able to load. so I had to contact the support team to get additional help.

With the support team I was able to solve the problem within minutes. It was as straight forward as possible which I really appreciated.

Whenever you have a similiar problem, I'd highly recommend you to contact the support team, they will help you out.

I cannot change YouTube accounts no matter what I do. I log out, but when I try to log in it automatically logs in to the account I just logged out from. I have reached out to customer service with no response.
