Logistics

Framed invitations, unframed invitations, and 2269 apparel will arrive separately. All apparel is individually created to order and then shipped by our partner Printful from various locations around the world. All invitations are currently shipped from the UK – unframed invitations from our studio in London and framed invitations from our Guild Commended framer in Cambridgeshire.

How long do framed invitations take to arrive?

All framed invitations are framed to order. Please allow 5–10 working days for this in addition to shipping time. In the UK, once framed, invitations are shipped on a next-day service. For international customers, we typically see deliveries within two weeks after shipping.

How do I track my order?

For most 2269 products, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us.

Special requests

If you definitely need to receive a particular item before a particular date, or if you have any other special requests, please contact us. If we can help, we will!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on items and quantities ordered as well as shipping location. To find out the exact shipping cost, just add products to your cart and enter your shipping location on the checkout page.

Can you ship items outside the UK?

Yes, we ship to most countries (including but not limited to: USA, Canada and Australia) and all packages are sent with the relevant paperwork needed to clear customs.

Import duty

Customers in Europe may have to pay import duty to receive packages sent from the UK.

Can I arrange to have a delivery made to a friend’s address or my office?

Yes, because billing and shipping addresses are separate, you can specify where you would like your order to be delivered. We do not include billing information or receipts with invitations, so you can send an invitation as a gift to someone without them knowing the price.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, an email will be sent to the email address (or via SMS to the phone number) you supplied shortly after your order was placed. It will confirm your order and delivery details. You will receive a further email from us when your order has been shipped. If you have ordered from us and not received an email, please check your spam folder.

What happens if a package is delayed or lost

If an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact the shipping provider in the first instance, quoting the tracking number if you have one. Also double-check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address (if you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense). Your local post office may also have your package, so check with them. Finally, ask your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them. If no luck, please contact us if you have not received your items after a reasonable amount of time. Please note that at busy times of year, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, Shipping may take longer than estimated.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the damaged or wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Product disclaimers

Some of our apparel is created using DTG printing. Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odour is just temporary. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discolouration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item of apparel listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please contact us to let us know within two days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
