Yevhenii Skok

PhD candidate in Economics at University Of Liverpool

Yevhenii Skok is a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Liverpool Management School and a member of the Royal Economic Society. Prior to this, he graduated with a Master in Economics from Central European University in 2020 and has been a Monetary Policy Chief Expert for the Council of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). Overall, he has been working in the various positions at the NBU (in the Department of Monetary Policy and for the Council) for almost a decade since 2009. His research interests are in Monetary Economics, Macroeconomics, Macro-Finance, Banking and Financial Crisis.
