Leik a Bawss[edit]

Is there any relation to the infamous music video of the same name? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NisCkxU544c — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.51.238.190 (talk) 02:10, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox image[edit]

The image seems a bit big to me at 250px. I had reduced the size to 200px but my edit was reverted. Thoughts? --Another Believer (Talk) 21:18, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

200px didn't fit the box so it looked (for lack of a better word) bizarre, in the many TV articles I've done where we've had screenshots or posters as the infobox image 250px has been standard but maybe (splitting the difference) 230px would work? Pat (talk) 21:36, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
That's just what I was going to suggest, because it will bring the image inline with the title heading bar. The image is a bit imposing as it is. --Logical Fuzz (talk) 21:41, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

List of Boss episodes[edit]

Should "List of Boss episodes" be merged into this article? The first season only has 8 episodes, and the table could certainly fit here, at least until the article becomes too long. --Another Believer (Talk) 21:19, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I played around with that when i was drafting the article in my userspace, it looked pretty cumbersome. And if memmory serves under MOS:TV once 4 episodes have aired they say you CAN give it its own article. I'm just wondering if it would only be a stopgap measure. Pat (talk) 21:24, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Let's see how the main article ends up; a separate list for episodes may be advantageous but at the moment it looks a bit like content forking. Perhaps we will know sooner than later if the series will be picked up for a second season or not, which will help with the decision making. --Another Believer (Talk) 21:30, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, if that's something you want to do (or want me to do) I haven't got a problem as I can see what your'e saying about content forking. My thought process at the time was merely that shortly after the show aired I would have ended up adding Critical reception, ratings, international broadcasting (starz are apparently in discussion with BBC in the UK and Global in Canada), and )eventually DVD releases, so a seperate episodes page would have been needed. But i see your point :) Pat (talk) 21:33, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Seems to me this could use some episode descriptions as is commonly done here, either in his article or as a separate article if necessary. Just listing the titles and crew is not really informative enough. Tvoz/talk 06:58, 17 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You're more than welcome to write them yourself. No one else seems to be interested. SchrutedIt08 (talk) 07:36, 17 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In what seems to me a very brief article, Kane's dementia is mentioned three times. this seems a little repetitive. Also in what is a character driven show, there is little content dealing whith the characters. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.192.121.254 (talk) 14:56, 31 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

party[edit]

has it been established that tom kane and ben zajac are democrats? I can't remember party ever being mentioned explicitly on this show. they talk about there being two parties. they talk about primary elections campaigns and the general. but party affiliations seem to be cleansed out. anyone else wonder about this?

I think it's part of the story and should be mentioned in the article. but perhaps not. thanks. skakEL 17:10, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The nature of urban politics in the US, especially the major cities of the East and upper Midwest, means they don't need to say it; it can be assumed the Mayor of Chicago and any candidates he would support are Democrats. There hasn't been a Republican Mayor of Chicago since 1931. --Erskiji (talk) 20:42, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
