maybe something on the implied immunity of state governments from commonwealth laws and vice versa. also s51 can be expanded and other sections can be removed. there should be something on each chapter. Xtra 13:30, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- I guess it makes sense to start with chapters rather than each section, although I suppose that as the articles on each chapter are expanded, individual sections may have enough cases on them to be spun out into their own articles. --bainer (talk) 03:40, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
Perhaps links to the categories containing constitutional law cases? e.g. Category:Freedom of interstate trade and commerce. Also, I might take this opportunity to link you guys to User:Enochlau/Fedcon - help out if you can! enochlau (talk) 02:53, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
Reorganisation[edit]
I have reorganised this category template. My reason for doing so is that a simple listing by chapter and section is only minimally helpful to the reader. The chapter/section listing is retained, but is at the bottom.
I have created three additional categories containing articles regarding the legislative, executive, and judicial powers. This accords with the way that Australian constitutional law is organized both within the document, and with the way in which it is generally understood. Jack4576 (talk) 09:03, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
