We remember. 🕯️ Shmuel survived the holocaust and started a new life and family in Israel. He is a custodian of Yiddish culture and founder of the “Yiddishspil” theater in Tel Aviv, which preserves the Yiddish language and its culture. Today we had the privilege to listen to Shmuel’s inspiring story. He was accompanied by his daughter Anat at a Zikaron BaSalon event we held in our office in honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day. Shmuel’s vivid memories of the horrors he experienced during one of the darkest times in human history, and his bravery and resilience left us all inspired and humbled. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from Shmuel and honor his legacy. #neverforget #risewithus #grateful
