The No Agenda Karma Generator iOS application does not collect, store, or transmit any user data and does not knowingly allow any third party to access user data.

This application does not participate in any “contact/trace” schemes.

Beginning with version 3.1.0 persons interacting with Twitter timelines will be subject to Twitter terms of use and privacy. You can view details about Twitter policies at this link https://help.twitter.com/en/twitter-for-websites-ads-info-and-privacy  Twitter interactions are web based and the extent to which Twitter can collect data is controlled in your Safari browser security and privacy settings. A Twitter content advisory will be displayed before interaction happens. It Reads:

By interacting with Twitter timelines, you may be subject to edited political content or an unacceptable level of personal privacy. All users are encouraged to review Twitter terms of service before proceeding. You can disable this warning in app settings.

The application does allow access to third party services with the explicit permission of the user, using the secure frameworks provided by the OS creator. The application also allows links to both secure and non-secure servers via standard web interfaces using the secure frameworks provided by the OS creator. The application automatically only accesses data provided from the No Agenda Show, links from show notes and search (also derived from Show Notes) are only accessed via standard web interfaces and with user permission.

This application is compliant with current European Union General Data Protection Regulations in that the application does not collect or store any user data personal or otherwise.
