Southampton bow out of a disappointing Premier League season by playing out a 4-4 draw at St Mary's against Jurgan Klopp's Liverpool. An error and a farewell goal for Roberto Firmino left the Saints in a familiar position early in the first half, however, goals from James Ward-Prowse, Adam Armstrong and a brace for Kamaldeen Sulemana put Southampton 4-2 up against the former league champions. Massive news came out of Southampton on Monday morning. After the Saints' 4-1 loss to Newcastle United, the club announced it had parted ways with manager Ralph Hasenhüttl.
