Mission: The Arctic and Global Resilience Office provides policy advice to the Secretary of Defense, the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, and other senior defense officials on protecting U.S. and Allied interests in the Arctic region; managing oceans policy and the freedom of navigation program; addressing the strategic risks of climate change; and ensuring the Department maintains competitive advantage through the energy transition.
