🌍 It's #EarthDay2024! As part of PGGB's ongoing commitment to sustainability and the future of our industry, we are delighted to announce the second edition of Sustainability Behind the Lens. 🌱 On Thursday 6th June, the open day event will take place at Sky Studios Elstree, as experts and industry leaders share innovative approaches, insights, technologies and strategies, igniting hope for a greener future in film and TV. ♻️ Last year’s event brought together 20 cutting-edge eco-friendly suppliers to demonstrate and discuss new technologies at the forefront of sustainability within the industry. Over 80 PGGB Members and Partners were in attendance to engage with the goal of cleaning up our sets, reducing the impact of greenhouse gas emissions, and protecting the health of our crew. 👀 More details, as well as booking information, will follow shortly. BAFTA and Emmy-nominee Paul Bettany has boarded upcoming Sky Original limited series Amadeus. The acclaimed actor will portray the renowned composer Antonio Salieri opposite Will Sharpe as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Produced by TWO CITIES TELEVISION LIMITED in association with Sky Studios, the series, written by Joe Barton and directed by Julian Farino, begins production in Hungary this Spring. https://lnkd.in/ejVRqhxP

It was an absolute pleasure to be giving out an award last week at the Heart Hertfordshire Hero Awards evening! ❤️ For the second year in a row, Sky Studios Elstree sponsored 'The Future of Hertfordshire Award', recognising every single young person who was nominated on this special evening. It's safe to say there wasn't a dry eye in the room by the end of the night! We can't wait to welcome all the winners to our studio for a tour!🎬 🏆✨ #HeartHertfordshireHeroes #CommunityCelebration 

Our first #ShotAtSkyStudiosElstree production, Wicked, has released a first look trailer and WOW! 💚✨   It was a pleasure to host the A-list cast and creatives at Sky Studios Elstree for this blockbuster film, including Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo and director Jon M. Chu, along with over 2,000 talented crew members, who covered everything from costume design to set building and camera crew.   We can’t wait to see it on the silver screen🎞
