I seriously thought I had Alzheimer's setting in until my husband reminded me that I was ApoE4 negative on 23&Me. This really spurred me on to learn as much as I could about Menopause (becoming NAMS certified this year) so that I could help my patients! I love the analogy about the operating system update.
