Coverage of the MLB wildcard games were was the top cable originals Friday, earning a with a 1.8 adults 18-49 rating at 8:49 and a 1.2 earlier at 5:00PM. WWE Smackdown was the night's runner-up, earning a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating.

It’s not so much about Jessie being back in that caused Disney’s Friday night to improve dramatically, but rather the boat anchor known as Code 9 being *out*.
No, because their were weeks after Jessie’s dissaperance where Code 9 didn’t air and Disney still bombed.
The only week Jessie and Code 9 didn’t air was August 17th, and Shake it Up and Gravity Falls did well that night.
Bill or Robert, do you have ratings for the one game playoff games in 2007-2009?
I honestly understand why Jessie is the main supporter of Fridays, it’s the best show on Disney that night. But here’s what I’m going to say to all the Nick fans-Disney haters- Nickelodeon’s Saturday night also has one supporter- Victorious, the rest of the shows get bad ratings; except for iCarly sometimes.
The first ever One Game Playoffs did really well for TBS. That was a good night for baseball to finally get in the spotlight away from football.
What movie aired behind UFC on Friday for FX? That number seems a little bit retarded and high.

I’ve paid close attention to the recent WWE numbers and they’ve been on a hard decline lately. There are fans leaving the product in droves because the WWE is really going to have to get away from that PG product and get back to the edgy TV14 product before they lose more than half of their current fanbase this time next year.
ANT FARM was just picked up for Season 3 and deserves it – they have the bad slot of starting off the night and 8pm hasnt worked for any show there. Jessie was at 8pm last year and their ratings were lower too. Disney should move Ant Farm to Sunday IMHO. I watched the Halloween episode with my kids and laughed out loud quite a few times – especially with all the Olive clones running around!

That explains it. The show was frequently hitting around 3 million, 0.9-1.0+ in the past, now it seems to be barely scraping by. Considering how expensive the thing is, that simply can’t be good enough.
Good for Haven. With all the competition, I think it did great last Friday night. I hope that it goes up to 0.5 for a renewal, maybe?
