Joel's recent adventure in Cumbria wasn't a leisurely stroll or a cozy hotel stay. Instead, he faced the daring challenge of scaling a slate mine and camping on a wire, 500 feet high above the ground.

A nerve-wracking experience!

"If I'm honest, I'm a little bit scared!", Joel's nerve-wracking challenge was so exciting to see unfold on our Children in Need spotacular show, make sure you catch up on iPlayer to see it in full!

Here on the website, we have an exclusive look inside the tent! Joel vlogged his whole experience overnight in the tent for us to see. He captured every moment including the equipment he had in the tent with him, the conditions he has to sleep in, and his spooky experience with a mysterious noise throughout the night!

    I watched it and he had to walk through a mountain. He had to WALK 500 feet high to his tent and to get out. I wouldn't dream of it!!! 😣

    Well done Joel although I think that’s easy and a lot of people do here it’s also important to remember that everyone has different fears.

    I def thought he could do it because Joel will always try his best!
