This activity needs to be supervised by a grown-up and remember to be extra gentle when handling the pond life.
Gran Gran Plan
- Get your washing up tub, magnifying glass, net and the guide to pond life ready.
- Go to the pond and with your net, gently take out some pond life.
- Put the pond life into the white washing up tub.
- Use your magnifying glass to see the different creatures and the guide to see what they are.
- Remember to empty the creatures back into the pond once you’ve finished looking at them.
- Make sure to wash your hands after your pond life adventures.
