The BBC will collect your personal information for the purpose of contacting you about Creative Diversity events and/or to update you on our work. The personal information is your name and your email address.

The BBC will rely on your consent to collect and use your personal information and you are asked to tick the consent box before sharing your information and registering to receive communications from the BBC.

Sharing your information
The BBC may share personal information of individuals who have consented to receive communications regarding the BBC’s Creative Diversity events, with third parties who are involved with the running of the event. The BBC will not be sharing your personal information with Google.
Retaining your information
The BBC will retain your information for three years. It will then be reviewed to check accuracy and whether you still wish to remain on the database.

We will revise the privacy notice if there are significant changes to how we use your personal information.
