How Armel Zola is helping people 'stay positive' at home

Former footballer, Armel Zola, is teaching Congolese dance to people with Down's syndrome across the UK to stop them feeling so isolated during the pandemic.

Armel, who also is a personal trainer to singers like Fleur East, says that he was inspired to run the classes by his younger brother, Arnaud, who has the condition.
