'Traffic chaos' after lorry spills liquid on busy route

Drivers have been forced onto narrow country lanes after a collision closed the A48 between Lydney and Chepstow.
The incident happened on Friday afternoon when a lorry hit a bridge, spilling liquid believed to be glucose across the carriageway.
A local resident has described it as "traffic chaos" and said people living in his village are "incredibly angry".
The Highways Team at Gloucestershire County Council have apologised for the inconvenience.
Local resident Alex McDonald said they have not heard enough: "We've had cars constantly coming up through the lanes. One section is single track, so when it's busy, cars are backed up."
Gloucestershire County Council has told the BBC: "We having been working hard to reopen the road unfortunately the road surface is proving difficult to clear.
"We apologise for the inconvenience and will reopen it as soon as we can," they added.
