Glastonbury Festival ticket prize draw to support charities

Glastonbury Festival has opened a ticket prize draw to raise money for charities supporting people affected by conflict.

The prize draw comes after tickets for the Somerset festival sold out within an hour of being released in November.

Twenty tickets are up for grabs and the prize draw is open until 12:00 on 28 March.

Organisers say the money raised will be donated to the British Red Cross, Oxfam and War Child.

The chosen charities deliver humanitarian support to people in conflict areas.

The line-up for the festival has not been announced yet but Glastonbury Festival organiser Emily Eavis previously said she had been offered a "really big American artist".

She added that she was aiming to book two female headliners.

Glastonbury Festival, which hosts more than 3,000 acts, takes place from 26-30 June.
