Tickets for the resale will be "very limited", organisers say

Music lovers who missed out on getting Glastonbury tickets earlier in the year have one final chance to buy one.

The final resale for general admission will be going ahead on Sunday, although tickets will be "very limited".

The first resale - for coach packages - sold out in just 18 minutes on Thursday.

You will need to be prepared to be in with a chance, so here is everything you need to know about the Glastonbury 2024 resale.

Glastonbury resale dates

There is one remaining Glastonbury Festival resale to be aware of - Sunday 21 April at 09:00 BST.

The number available depends on how many people did not pay the full price for their ticket, after paying their deposit in November.

How many resale tickets can I buy?

In the general admission resale, people will be able to buy four tickets per transaction.

Buyers will need registration numbers and post codes for everyone they are purchasing a ticket for.

How much are tickets?

General admission tickets for the 2024 festival cost £355 (plus a £5 booking fee), up from £335 for 2023's event.

Tickets purchased in the resale must be paid for in full at point of booking

How to register for the resale

Everyone wanting a ticket will need to be registered for Glastonbury Festival - registration closed at 17:00 on Wednesday and will not reopen until after the resale.

This means that if you did not register by this time, you have missed your chance.

Festival organisers urge fans to go through the official channels to avoid being scammed out of their money.

Glastonbury 2024 line-up

This is the first year the festival will have two female headliners - Dua Lipa and SZA - with Coldplay as the third act topping the bill.

And aside from the Pyramid Stage headliners, there is plenty of other music to see.

Shania Twain will play the coveted "legend slot" on Sunday afternoon.

And Glastonbury has announced it will have its first ever dedicated South Asian area at this summer's festival.

Named Arrivals, the space will host artists including DJ Ritu, Anish Kumar, Manara and Nabihah Iqbal.

Other acts on this year's line-up include Afrobeats star Burna Boy and award-winning rapper Little Simz, who will play immediately before Coldplay.

Avril Lavigne, Keane, Cyndi Lauper, Anne-Marie, Jessie Ware and Declan McKenna also all feature in this year's line-up, with more acts still to be announced.
