Will insect food take off across Europe?

People around the world eat insects every day. They’re packed with vitamins, fibre and minerals - and can be produced much more sustainably than farming livestock.

It’s currently a niche market in Europe, but after the EU approved the sale of insects for human consumption earlier this year, is that about to change?
