How will some PE lessons look this Ramadan?

Lots of Muslims will be fasting during the Islamic holy month Ramadan in March this year.

This means they won't be eating or drinking anything from sunrise to sunset, and they also take part in important prayers.

New guidance from Birmingham City University, and backed by organisations including the Youth Sport Trust and the Association of Physical Education, gives advice on what schools can do to make sure all students can safely take part in PE lessons during this time.

Newsround went to one school to see what a PE lesson during Ramadan might look like.
