The Pokémon Europe International Championships took place last week in London and we caught up with some kids competing.

Thousands of players competed in different kinds of events - such as trading card, video game, GO! and Unite tournaments - to try to win enough points to gain entry into the World Championships.

The Championships are taking place on 16 - 18 August in Honolulu, in Hawaiʻi.

Players travel from all over the world travel to compete in these Championships.
