BBC Sport Wales finds out about the rise of chase tag - a combination of parkour and the playground game of tag.

The sport is popular in London, where three World Championships have been held.

But a club in Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire has become one of the first in the UK to offer chase tag sessions to people of all ages.
