Derry will face Dublin in the Division One final after a 2-19 to 1-9 win over Roscommon, who are relegated from the top tier.

All-Ireland champions Dublin hammered Tyrone 5-18 to 0-12 at Croke Park to finish the league in style.

Kerry defeated Galway by 0-15 to 1-10 but missed out on the final despite finishing level on points with Dublin.

Monaghan, already consigned to relegation, lost 2-13 to 1-14 to Mayo.

Mickey Harte's Derry defeated Roscommon 2-19 to 1-9 at Celtic Park to book their place in Easter Sunday's Division One league final.

The Oak Leafers hit 1-7 in a row in the third quarter to blow the Rossies away and once again confirm their relegation from the top flight for the fourth time in eight seasons.

Derry scored 2-18 of their total from play with Declan Cassidy and Lachlann Murray scoring goals in each half.

For once, Shane McGuigan was not the star turn up front. He had a relatively quiet game with Ethan Doherty (0-4) and Lachlann Murray (1-4) enjoying themselves while Derry still not even hitting top gear.

Both sides scored goals within a minute of each other in the first half with Declan Cassidy and Donie Smith both finding the net after goalkeeping blunders. Derry led 1-8 to 1-5 at the break.

The Rossies hit the opening three points of the second half to level it up - but from there, Derry completely took over outscoring their opponents by 1-11 to 0-1 which included 1-7 in a row in a dominant third quarter.

Dublin dominated Tyrone to set up a Division One final with Derry

All-Ireland champions Dublin will face Derry after a 5-18 to 0-12 annihilation of Tyrone at Croke Park.

A crowd of over 17,000 watched on as the All-Ireland Champions dished out a harsh lesson to a young Red Hands side.

First-half goals from Colm Basquel and Niall Scully had the hosts 2-11 to 0-6 ahead at the break as Cathal McShane and Darren McCurry landed scores to try and drag their team into the game.

The second half was always going to be a tall order for the men in white and red, and they were met with a merciless machine in blue.

Early in the second half, Dessie Farrell's side rattled the net twice in thirty seconds, virtually walking the ball into the net on both occasions.

First it was Cian Murphy who finished off a fine move, from the very next play, Con O'Callaghan slipped in Basquel to finish low under Morgan for his second goal.

Lorcan O'Dell added a fifth with over twenty left to play and the game petered out from there.

The big win meant Dublin edged out Kerry to second place despite the Kingdom's 0-15 to 1-10 win over Galway.

Kerry edged a tight first-half by 0-8 to 0-6 in Killarney and continued the extend their advantage as the second-half progressed.

Tomo Culhane netted late on as Galway pressed forward but Kerry had enough in hand to finish third in the top tier, while the visitors retained their Division One status.

Monaghan fall to defeat

Monaghan, already relegated after losing to Tyrone in their penultimate fixture, fell to a 2-13 to 1-14 defeat against Mayo in Clones.

The hosts led for the majority of the game despite being reduced to 14-men in the first half when Andrew Woods was shown red.

Darren McHale hit the net for Mayo inside the first quarter but Monaghan went in ahead 0-8 to 1-4 at the interval.

The Farneymen maintained their advantage in the second period and when Kevin Loughran grabbed a goal it looked like Vinny Corey's side would secure their first win since the opening weekend.

But Mayo raced up the other end and found the net themselves through Matthew Ruane.

Ryan O'Donoghue and Padraig O'Hora sealed the points for the visitors.

Monaghan will now turn their attention to Cavan in the preliminary round of Ulster Championship.
