Two men who were swapped at birth get apology from province

The province of Manitoba has apologised to two men who were swapped at birth nearly 70 years ago. Richard Beauvais and Eddy Ambrose went home from a newly-opened rural hospital with the other's parents after staff gave each of their families the wrong baby.

A series of DNA tests four years ago brought the two men - one Indigenous and the other of Ukrainian descent - to learn that their upbringings were not meant to be theirs.
