Thinkuknow

Want to know more about how to keep yourself and your friends safe online? Thinkuknow has videos, advice and information for 8-10 year olds11-13 year olds, and people aged 14 and over. There are also areas for adults to learn more about the online world and how they can support you. It's run by CEOP, which works with UK police and other authorities to keep young people safe from sexual abuse and grooming.

Be Internet Legends

An online safety programme from Google and Parent Zone that includes a fun and free web-based game called Interland and educational resources for Key Stage 2 teachers to help 7-11 year olds the skills they need to be safe and sharp online.

The 4 UK Children’s Commissioners

There are four officially appointed Children’s Commissioners, whose job it is to represent and speak up for young people in each of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland

Childnet

Childnet are the team behind Safer Internet Day in February each year. They have lots of internet safety advice for young people here.

UKSIC

Childnet are also a part of the UK Safer Internet Centre, along with SWGfL who run Swiggle, an online search-engine designed especially for children.

YoungMinds

The charity YoungMinds works to ensure that children and young people can get mental health support when they need it.

The Diana Award

Formed as a legacy of the late Princess of Wales, The Diana Award has lots of anti-bullying tips and advice. They also run training programmes, to give young people skills and confidence to make positive changes in their communities.

BBC Bitesize

The BBC Bitesize website can help with your homework, revision and learning. Find free videos, step-by-step guides, activities, quizzes and games.

'Digi, Aye?'

‘Digi, Aye?’  is the online skills and resilience campaign from Scottish youth charity Young Scot. Content from the campaign is free for other organisations to share and use.
