There is a lot of debate about supplements. Some health professionals claim they are essential to make up for the fact that most of us aren’t eating enough fruit and veg. Others say that supplement pills do nothing and you’re wasting your money. So what’s the truth?

Kimberley Wilson, a psychologist with a master's degree in nutrition, looks at the truth behind what multivitamins can do for our bodies and brains and why it really matters who is taking them.
