Get Inspired: Helen Housby on why she chose netball

Helen Housby plays netball professionally for Manchester Thunder and England, but it wasn't the only sport she played as a kid.

"I literally played every sport under the sun and I was big on athletics and football," she says.

But it was netball that took over her life and she's keen to share her love of the game.

"It doesn't matter how fit you are or what size you are," says Helen. "Netball is literally for anybody."
