Watch: Farquhar returns leathers to bikes stuntman great Kidd

Motorcycling greats Eddie Kidd and Ryan Farquhar meet for the first time after the Northern Irishman responded to a social media appeal looking for the legendary bikes stuntman's memorabilia.

Kidd achieved world fame as a bikes stuntman and his feats including leaping over the Great Wall of China but he was seriously injured in a crash while performing a stunt in 1996 and was left paralysed and with brain damage.

The motorcycle daredevil was known for his generosity to his legions of fans and regularly gave away gloves and leathers to various charities.

With very few of his career mementos left, Kidd's partner Billie made an appeal on social media for memorabilia to be returned and Northern Irish road racing great Farquhar immediately responded having got a set of Eddie's leathers at a bikes event a number of years ago.
