Commuters in Bristol face gridlocked traffic this morning after multiple crashes across the city. Drivers face delays on multiple roads after two separate crashes were reported in Stoke Gifford and Ashton Gate. Heavy traffic has also been reported on the M32 and the M4 in north Bristol.
According to traffic monitoring service Inrix, a crash was reported on the A370 Jessop Underpass in Ashton at around 7.45am today (Monday, March 18). Traffic in both directions is affected by the collision, with delays reported on the A370, Brunel Way, Ashton Road and the A3029.
A second crash has been reported in Stoke Gifford. According to Inrix, the collision took place on the B4057 at Bradley Stoke Way on the roundabout. Google Maps reports long queues building in the area. More congestion is reported on the M32 at Hambrook and the M4 at the Almondsbury Interchange.
