Traffic delays caused issues on the M32 following reports of a crash this evening. According to traffic monitor Inrix, traffic was stationary in the northbound direction between J2 at Eastville to J3 at Hambrook.

Google Maps reports very long delays on the motorway, made worse by reports of a broken down vehicle on the M4. According to reports, traffic was held at 5.15pm today (December 6), although it has been released again.

However, Inrix adds there is "very slow traffic" following the earlier incident. Traffic eased just before 7pm.

Traffic held around 17:15 for around 15 minutes, traffic not helped by an earlier breakdown on the M4.

Broken down vehicle

Delays through Bristol are not being helped by an earlier broken down vehicle on the M4. Traffic is still queuing on the motorway, near the Almondsbury Interchange.

Inrix reports: "Queueing traffic due to earlier broken down vehicle on M4 Westbound from J19 M32 (Bristol) to J20 M5 J15 (Almondsbury Interchange).Lane one (of three ) was closed."
