A man has been arrested in connection to the alleged murders of Max Dixon and Mason Rist. The 30-year-old is the fifteenth arrest made in the investigation.

Avon and Somerset Police said the man was arrested on Saturday, March 23, on suspicion of assisting an offender. He has since been released under investigation.

Max, 16, and Mason, 15, were fatally stabbed in Ilminster Avenue, Knowle West, on the evening of Saturday, January 27. They were rushed to Southmead Hospital and Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, where they died in the early hours of the following day.

Police have arrested 15 people as part of their murder investigation so far. Seven have been charged and will appear at Bristol Crown Court on Friday, April 26.

Meanwhile, four have been bailed, two released under investigation and two released without any further action being taken.

Anthony Snook, 44, of Dowling Road, Hartcliffe has been formally charged with the murders of Mason and Max. He is currently on remand.
