Supermarket chain B&M have brought back a highly requested item that’s been deemed a certified hit for pets and their pet owners. On Instagram, the retailer showcased the Pet Stairs in a recent post.

The post had the following caption: “Our amazing pet stairs are back in stock now, making getting up to large couches SO much easier for smaller dogs! They're super handy, and there's storage inside each step too for their toys! Who needs something like this?!"

Priced at £14, the stairs are aimed to help your pet dog walk up onto a couch or inside a car- particularly for those who are weaker or ageing. Another addition of the stairs is that each step contains storage and holds up to 30 kg.

On Instagram, users shared their own opinions of the pet stairs as they flocked to the comments section.

One user wrote: “Much safer than these small dogs hurting their spines jumping. Great idea B&M” while another claimed: “I have one of these. It's brilliant, especially as it has storage in each step.”

A third user chimed in: “I need this for my dog, he’s got bad knees x” while a fourth exclaimed: “I bought one last year and it is still perfect, my dog uses it to get some cuddles and it is easy to store.”

However, there were others that also had their speculations regarding the quality of the pet stairs as one user explained: “I bought these for my bulldog and he ate them!”

A second also concurred: “Be lucky to hold a 10 kg dog let alone 30kg. We had to return ours after our 18kg dog nearly broke her leg on them.”
