Bristol's Siren music festival will be bringing a whole day of electronic dance music (EDM) to the Amphitheatre in Bristol this year. The festival, which sees Sugababes headline on Thursday, August 1, will also play host to Saturday's 'Hospitality on the Harbour', and a Sunday full of 'dance and club classics'.

Dubbed an 'alfresco party like no other', with Fish Tales Bristol, social-media 'sensation' Fish56Octagon is on the line-up alongside a 26-piece orchestra, Symphonica (featuring four-time world champion DJ Mr Switch). The event is expected to 'transport ravers back to the golden years of dance'.

Pre-sale tickets for the date will be on sale from Thursday, April 25, at 10am on the Siren website. General sale tickets will be available on Friday, April 26 at 10am - prices start from £20, with group tickets and early entry deals from £15.

Tom Hoyle, co-founder of Siren, said: “With Bristol's rich legacy in dance music, it was the perfect opportunity for us to host a celebration of its history and evolution. We’re sure that Fish Tales Bristol will unearth some nostalgic classics as well as creating some new unforgettable memories.

"We can’t wait to be back in the sun and dancing the night away this summer. Nobody will be able to take guests through the history of dance quite like FishOctagon and Symphonica can.”

In addition to Saturday's dance music celebration, and Sugababes' headline slot on the Thursday, Siren's 'Hospitality on the Harbour features a line-up that includes the likes of Andy C, Netsky, High Contrast, and more. You can find out more about each day's events, here.
