New recliner seats and drinks machines are set to be installed at a Vue cinema in Bristol. As part of an extensive refurbishment, the cinema chain is giving their Cribbs Causeway branch a fresh look and modernise the cinema for film fans.

The 12-screen site will receive significant investment and a comprehensive refit, set to reach completion in April 2024. Once completed, the site will be transformed with full recliner seating throughout and a refurbished foyer incorporating the latest Coke Freestyle, Lavazza Coffee and Tango Ice Blast machines.

The refurbishment will see the installation of 1,072 luxury leather recliner seats that are capable of reclining fully back and come complete with a fold-away tray and cup holder. Vue said the staff are eagerly anticipating the completion of the refurbishment and can't wait for customers to see the cinema's new look.

The refurbishment comes as the hotly anticipated Dune: Part Two will be released in cinemas on Friday, March 1. Picking up after the events of Dune, Paul Atreides (Chalamet) unites with Chani (Zendaya) and the Fremen while seeking revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family.
